Real Estate School
A real estate school is a state-approved educational institution that delivers the pre-licensing coursework required before you can sit for the licensing exam. Without completing your education through an approved school, you are not eligible to take the exam or earn your license.
Schools come in different formats: self-paced online video, live instruction over Zoom, or in-person classroom sessions. The format you choose has a direct impact on how well you learn, how engaged you stay, and how prepared you feel on exam day.
