About Course
Understanding and Completing the Pennsylvania Agreement of Sale” is a 3.5-hour Continuing Education Course designed to provide real estate licensees with the knowledge and skills necessary to accurately complete the Pennsylvania Agreement of Sale. Participants will examine the purpose and significance of each paragraph, identify common errors and potential issues, and learn strategies to better protect their clients while complying with Pennsylvania law and the rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission.
