The second required course for your Pennsylvania Salesperson License — built for students who need their work week to stay free. 45 hours of state-approved education focused on the real-world skills of being a real estate professional, taught live on Zoom by Trent L. Pettus, a licensed broker with nearly a decade of classroom experience in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Course Format:
– 7 weekend sessions over 4 weekends

What You’ll Cover:
This course builds on Real Estate Fundamentals and walks through Chapters 12 to 22 of Modern Real Estate Practice in PA — covering specialized real estate areas, brokerage operations, listing and selling, negotiation, closing, property management, investment, taxation, and Pennsylvania commission rules. We finish with a comprehensive exam review and an in-class Practice exam.
