Yes. Our pre-licensing courses fulfill the 75 credit hours required to take both the national and Pennsylvania state licensing exams.

You may take Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice in any order; however, it is strongly recommended that you complete Fundamentals, the introductory course, before enrolling in Practice.

Yes. You may pay for each course individually.

Please note that students are required to attend at least 80% of classes to receive course credit.

Once you have successfully completed both pre-license courses and received your official transcript, you may register for the real estate license exam.

The required textbook is Modern Real Estate Practice in Pennsylvania, 15th Edition.

  • To obtain a Pennsylvania real estate salesperson’s license, you must meet the following requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Complete a criminal background check
  • Complete and pass the required pre-licensing education:
  • Real Estate Fundamentals (30 hours)
  • Real Estate Practice (45 hours)
  • Pass both the National and State portions of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson Exam with a score of 75% or higher
  • Submit proof of your criminal background check with your license application
