Trent L. Pettus

Trent L. Pettus is a dedicated real estate educator, broker, and author with a strong passion for teaching and empowering the next generation of real estate professionals. A graduate of NC State University, Trent brings decades of industry experience in residential sales, property management, mortgage brokerage, and credit counseling into the classroom, creating a rich and practical learning experience for his students.

He is the author of two impactful books—Should I Buy or Should I Rent and The Race for Good Credit: How to Establish, Maintain, and Win with Good Credit—both focused on helping individuals make smart financial and housing decisions.

In addition to owning and serving as broker of a real estate firm licensed in Pennsylvania and Delaware, and holding a broker’s license in Florida, Trent brings nearly a decade of experience teaching real estate courses at a university in Philadelphia.

A lifelong advocate for housing education and community development, Trent also serves on the Board of Directors of a local nonprofit housing agency and has held leadership positions with the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® and the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors®.

At the core of Trent’s mission is education—delivering the tools, knowledge, and confidence aspiring professionals need to succeed in today’s real estate market.
