Student Agreement
By enrolling at Elite Real Estate Academy (“Elite”), I agree to pay the required tuition before or at the time I sign this agreement.
The tuition covers all classes, which will be held on Zoom, as well as handouts and other course materials.
The textbook, Modern Real Estate Practice in Pennsylvania (15th Edition), is sold separately and is not included in the tuition.
Attendance & Transcript Policy
At Elite, we follow the attendance rules set by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission:
Pre-licensing Courses: Minimum 80% attendance required

If you miss more than the permitted time, a transcript will not be issued.
Record Keeping:
CE records are kept for 4 years
All other records are kept for 10 years
Transcripts:
Students will receive their transcript at the end of the course or by email within 5 business days after the course ends.
A $15 fee will be charged to replace a student transcript.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you decide to withdraw from the course, you must notify the school directly.
Deadlines:
Cancel at least 7 calendar days before the class starts to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days before the start of class are not eligible for a refund.
Special Circumstances:
Refunds due to special or unusual circumstances (approved by the Director) may be granted and are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Transfers:
If you’d like to transfer to another class, Elite will try to accommodate you if space is available.
Important Notes:
No refunds are given for failing a course.
If you cancel after the deadline, you may be issued credit toward a future class of equal value.
If you attend only part of a course, any applicable refund will be prorated based on classes attended.
